You need several brains for a complete mind Dr. Frankenstein during lunch

Cooperation. Realising things together with others. Almost nothing in society is purely a solo effort. You always need something from someone else. Organisations base themselves on the multitude of knowledge present among numerous people. Knowledge of acquaintances, one could say. Despite this nice fact, people within organisations and companies often act as soloists. Soloists lead an isolated existence because performance and winning are what they were brought up on. This is not always convenient, because at a certain point you stop building up anything except for an inflated ego. A team consultation turns into an exchange of view points, a conversation about possibilities becomes a debate and ideas are sooner gunned down than further explored.
All this is not necessary, but if you want to break through such patterns you must give the stories of others enough space. Ask questions instead of voicing answers. So that ultimately, you can draw up one concrete plan. The story of your own future with this becomes one of the stories of your group, one of the stories of your company, one of the stories of society, one of the stories of your new reality. Thinking together.

Thinking together is about you and the other, thinking together is about your future and that of your acquaintances together. Working with that is the first step towards ‘cumulative networking’, another concept of Het Bureau, de dingen en andere zaken. HBddaz*.
